NexPlace is a digital asset marketplace created to provide access to regulated tokenized financial products. At the time of the engagement, the platform was preparing its proposition, distribution model and initial market launch.
Define a differentiated marketplace narrative while the product and launch timeline were still evolving. The company also needed an acquisition strategy that could serve retail, semi-institutional, affiliate and partner-led distribution channels.
Fractional CMO support covering marketplace positioning, pre-launch planning, audience segmentation and acquisition strategy. The work included affiliate and creator programmes, partner development, distribution conversations, newsletter growth and launch campaign planning.
Built the pre-launch GTM structure and opened more than ten distribution and exchange-related conversations. The work also supported the development of a shared audience of approximately 1,000 newsletter subscribers. The full market launch remained dependent on product readiness and delivery timelines.
