How does an engagement with BMB work?
Engagements are taken by selection and usually run as strategic retainers or defined projects. They start with a strategy call, the scope is agreed, and the work then moves from strategy into execution.

The first step is a conversation about the company, its stage and what the next period has to achieve. It establishes whether BMB is the right fit, including when it is not.

Scope agreed before work begins
The shape of the engagement, a retainer or a defined project, is agreed after that call and is set around each company's stage and goals.
