Case study · GTM & creative campaign
NexPlace: Bringing global markets to El Salvador.
A regulated digital assets GTM combining capital markets, culture and local distribution.
GTM and creative campaign case study. This describes the strategy and architecture BMB designed — not a reported performance result. Verified figures are shared on request as the market entry progresses.
NexPlace needed to enter El Salvador without becoming another generic crypto platform — in a market that has already heard every version of that pitch.
The brief asked for one system that could hold regulated digital assets, global capital markets, local trust, consumer education and culture together, and still point every single execution at one measurable outcome: a completed KYC and a first deposit.
El Salvador already has more Bitcoin fluency than almost any other market in the world. What it doesn't have is a regulated brand asking for its trust. More crypto awareness was never the opportunity — so BMB moved the conversation from adoption to access, positioning NexPlace as the way Salvadorans reach regulated global markets, rather than another local Bitcoin story.
Mercados globales.
Confianza local.
Two brands, two different jobs — never confused with one another.
NexBridge
The regulated digital asset issuer. It brings capital-market products on-chain — regulated issuance, transparency, compliance and asset backing.
NexPlace
The user-facing marketplace. It gives Salvadorans access to what NexBridge issues — global markets, made local and approachable.
Regulated. Liquid.
Better than your ex.
Financial and digital-asset marketing sounds the same everywhere — secure, innovative, next-generation. The platform is a deliberate pattern interruption, built on a strict order: institutional substance first, culturally memorable delivery second. Regulation and liquidity earn the credibility. The line earns the attention.
Your ex had red flags.
Your markets shouldn't.
Raise your standards.
Including your financial ones.
No mixed signals.
Just markets.

El Salvador's surf ecosystem is a natural bridge between local identity and an international audience — discipline, risk management, performance, travel and entrepreneurship already live there. A surfer doesn't control the ocean. They read conditions, understand risk, prepare, and decide when to enter. Markets ask for the same discipline, which gives NexPlace an honest, non-promotional way to talk about investing.

La Libertad / Punta Roca, El Tunco, El Zonte.
- Modo Ola Sessions — recorded conversations with athletes, entrepreneurs and creators on risk, discipline and decision-making
- Creator content built around real routines, not scripted endorsements
- Surf-school partnerships with tracked, QR-based acquisition
- Hotel and hospitality touchpoints along the coastal corridor
- Small, sunset community gatherings — not a conference on the beach
NexPlace activates around the Surf City ecosystem. Where it does not hold an official sponsorship or partnership with the WSL, a venue or an event, no execution implies one.
The platform is built to hold one idea per surface, across a wide range of formats — without redesigning the NexPlace identity.
