Silvia Mogas is the founder and CEO of Blockchain Marketing Boutique, operated by BMBWeb3 Global FZCO. Since 2019 she has run GTM, narrative and distribution for companies across DeFi, NFTs, regulated digital assets and infrastructure protocols — as a fractional CMO, strategic advisor, and communications lead.

She has held the marketing function for Bitcoin capital markets infrastructure (NexBridge / NexPlace), built the marketing operation behind the official RCD Espanyol NFT collection at Fayre Labs, and led the rebrand and GTM of a DeFi yield protocol at Envoy DeFi. Clients also include SATS Capital, Portio Capital, Cookie3, XHYPE and PSP Angels.

She also operates Trust the Signal, a media platform on capital markets, digital assets and emerging tech, and is an active builder — a seven-year hackathon track record across ETHGlobal, Coinbase, ICP and Polkadot. Speaker and mentor across the ecosystem. She works in Spanish, English, Catalan and French, between Barcelona, Dubai and New York.
