The company was governed by shareholder vote, and Silvia was elected to the board, overseeing an eight-figure investment portfolio and a 15-person organisation.

As an elected board member, Silvia authored the investment thesis that grew an $800k position to $4.3M in capital appreciation while generating $1.5M+ in realised yield, and designed the incentive structures behind the platform's growth. She led delivery across product, engineering, legal and finance, and drove growth in resale volume through 10+ co-marketing partnerships.

Assets on the platform passed $200M, with 90% shareholder participation and 6x lifetime value, and resale volume grew 240%. Silvia represented the engagement with a conference keynote in New York and a panel in Miami.
